Do you accept orders Australia wide?

Currently our range of products are available Australia-wide.

Which payment methods do you have available?

Currently we accept payment via Paypal and includes credit card (VISA and Mastercard).

Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

You do not have to register an account to buy an item, you can checkout as a guest. We do offer accounts to help clients checkout faster on future purchases.

Which shipping providers do you use?

Most of our items are sent via courier which means you need to supply a delivery address where someone will be home to receive and sign for the order. You cannot ship to a Post Office address or a location where no one is available to sign for the order.

My discount code is not working.

In many instances our discount codes have a set claim timeframe. If your code is not working please check how long the offer was available for first. If it is within the available claim times and still won’t work please contact us.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery varies between products. Some items include shipping and others attract a small delivery fee based on your location. Please refer to individual products or our Delivery page.

How long it will take to receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery although many items will arrive within 2 business days.

Note: this does not apply to pre-order products which will advise delivery timeframes following stock arrival.
